Baigiamajame magistro darbe nagrinėjama atspindžio koeficiento priklausomybė nuo šviesos bangos ilgio esant skirtingai kristalinio silicio tekstūruoto paviršiaus morfologijai. Pirmoje dalyje atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė, aprėpianti energetikos potencialą, saulės elementų raidą bei modeliavimo programos. Antroje dalyje aprašytos modeliavimo programos OPAL2 ir Wafer ray tracer. Trečioje dalyje pateikiami modeliavimo rezultatai. Mažinant tekstūruoto silicio paviršiaus pagrindo kampą šviesos atspindys padidėja ir esant neatspindinčiai dangai, ir jai nesant, o tai lemia sugeneruotos srovės tankio sumažėjimą. Išanalizavus modeliavimo rezultatus, pateikiamos baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbą sudaro 6 dalys: Įvadas, literatūros apžvalga, metodika, tyrimų rezultatai, išvados, literatūros sąrašas. Darbo apimtis – 74 p. teksto be priedų, 44 iliustr., 5 lent., 48 bibliografiniai šaltiniai. Keywords: Matematinis modeliavimas, saulės elementai, šviesos atspindys, tekstūruotas paviršius. Annotation (užsienio k.) In final master thesis, the light reflectance as function of the wavelength was analyzed for the different textured surface morphology of the crystalline silicon. Chapter 1 revises the scientific literature used. It provides analysis of an energy potential, review of the solar cell developments, and brief description of the modeling programs. Chapter 2 describes the simulation programs OPAL2 and Wafer ray tracer. Chapter 3 describes the results of the modeling. The reflection losses increases with decreasing facet angle of the surface texture for crystalline silicon with or without antireflection coating, in results decrease of generated current density. After analyzing the results of the modeling, the conclusions of the final thesis are presented. Thesis structure: introduction, review of literature, methodology, results of the modeling, conclusions and references. Thesis consist of 74 p. text without annexes, 44 pictures, 5 tables, 48 bibliographical entries. Keywords: light reflectance, mathematical modeling, solar cells, textured surface. |
