The modern dynamic world, and also the business world, requires new management methods and tools. Dynamics - the opposite of statics - means constant change, growth and activity. Developing a dynamic organization, the following points are assessed:
• Organization relations with the environment. It is acknowledged that the organisation environment is a complex, dynamic network of people who interact with each other and managing that requires modern tools.
• Social responsibility and ethics. Leaders pay attention to organizational culture, the values that people are guided by in an organisation, the general culture in which these values are applied, and the values that people hold in non-organizations. The main activity of organizations in the XX – XXI centuries become a continuous pursuit of perfection.
• The relation between globalization and management. The world becomes borderless, even the most distant corner of the world can be reached by phone, and financial organizations work all day. The CNN journalists do not use the word "abroad" at all, and TVs of the most famous companies are assembled from parts made by people from different countries of the world.
• Organization redesign. Managers are always looking for ways to reveal the creativity of employees, to change standard organization structure. Also, the organisation change processes that may reduce the effectiveness of the organization.
• Culture and Multiculturalism. Various ideas and values that people from different cultures bring to organisations are very valuable. People can save their uniqueness when they appreciate what they have in common and search for ways to expand common values in the organisation where they work and in the communities they are living. Multiculturalism is a changing issue because more and more people become aware of their particular cultural traditions and connections. And here the "dynamics" is unquestionably connected in organisations of the XXI century.
