About Academic Affairs Office

Academic Affairs Office is University’s administrative department responsible for the smooth study and practice process organization.
Academic Affairs Office consists of three structural units:
  • Study Process Coordinating Unit: Organizes and administrates teaching staff traineeships, schedules of lectures, controls classrooms availability, organizes process of students registration for studies, analyzes the results of the session, prepares reports, coordinates student practices.
  • Student's Affairs Unit: Issues diplomas and diploma supplements, coordinates students loans, manages other study documents.
  • Study Programme Unit: Coordinates external and internal study programmes evaluation process.
