Dear Colleagues,

The start of September is always associated with a new beginning - a new school year. Now we can already concentrate on our new work and new ideas. The contemporary time dictates the fundamental principles of our University life:

- Long-term strategy - we will consider the possibilities of development and comprehensive growth without forgetting our daily routines. The University will remain independent by increasing competitiveness in the field of studies and by concentrating resources necessary for the scientific activities on priority areas as well as increasing the scientific and business synergies.

- Operational efficiency – we will look for the most satisfying methods of management and administration that will allow to speed up the processes and will not impede the core activities. Operational efficiency depends not only on the decisions of the University management, but also on each employee’s contribution in taking the initiative and performing the work better than expected.

- Openness - we will create anew the equivalent, peer, trust-based relationships, we will learn not to be afraid of criticism and innovations as well as have a broader look at the world.
